Great article in the Sunday Times today about the stunning Parc du Cap penthouse apartment for sale on the Cap d’Antibes. The article includes quotes from Home Hunts.

Good things come to those who wait. That is what John Caudwell, the billionaire mobile phone and property mogul, wants you to think of his much-heralded and very delayed developments on the French Riviera which are now, finally, nearing their endgame.

It was May 2016 when The Times covered the release for sale of the first tranche of flats in Parc du Cap, which the Phones 4u boss heralded at the time as a “unique luxury development” on the outskirts of the tourist town of Juan-les-Pins, near Antibes. When completed, the development would, we reported, have 90 residences plus private and communal swimming pools, a spa, gym and tennis courts, with service charges of about €700 a month — not to mention Riviera views to die for.

Nonetheless, buying agents believe that Caudwell’s high-end properties will be worth the wait. Tim Swannie, founder of Home Hunts, an agency that sources properties for rich clients in the Côte d’Azur, says: “Those who buy on the Cap are usually looking for top quality and Parc du Cap delivers in abundance. The location of the development is superb, because you are surrounded by the exclusive villas and estates of the Cap d’Antibes, and you’re also an easy walk to the centre of Juan-les-Pins.”

For those with the money to splash out on a Parc du Cap penthouse, patience has been be a virtue. Whether Le Provençal sticks to its latest schedule, time will tell. £5 million, parcducap.com
